First Steps

We begin with a plot of land: the blank canvas. You can contact us at (219-308-8372 or [email]) at any time for a consultation to begin envisioning your project. At the first meeting, you’ll work with our team to picture where you want to go and plan how you’re going to get there.

Vision and Design

Once we can see where we’re headed, we’ll have one of our architects or draftspeople draw up blueprints for your personalized design. It’s a conversation: throughout, you’ll be in contact with our team to sketch out your vision ever more precisely. Whether you have definite ideas about how everything should look, or just a nagging intuition about how it should feel, we will collaborate to come up with a workable plan.

At Klomp Design Build, we are trained to build in a wide variety of styles. But you needn’t feel constrained to work within a particular idiom: every family and business is unique, and our commitment is to perfection as you see it. Whatever your dream house looks like when you close your eyes and envision it—be it Mid-Century modern, Contemporary, French Country, European, Craftsman, Colonial, or something in between—we can make it happen.
